Janice Doan
Where Home Becomes Heritage
Meet John & Janice Doan
We believe a home is more than a transaction. It’s where people put down roots, raise families, make memories, and build a life that lasts.
John and Janice Doan are a husband-and-wife real estate team with deep roots in the Texas Panhandle and a genuine love for helping people find the right place to call home.
John is a lifelong panhandle resident from Tulia and a former teacher and coach with Dalhart ISD and Canyon ISD. Before retirement, John spent 29 years working with students and athletes as the head baseball coach. His love for sports continues today as a football referee and baseball umpire. The leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills he developed through coaching now help him guide clients through the real estate process with confidence.
Janice grew up in Canyon and is a graduate of Canyon High School and West Texas A&M University. After 29 years in education, working in both classrooms and libraries, she is now retired and excited to begin her next chapter in real estate. She has always loved helping people and has a natural eye for homes, possibilities, and the little details that make a house feel like home.
Married since 1997, John and Janice have three daughters, Avery, Erin, and Alex, and one grandson, Levi. They’ve bought, sold, and remodeled homes of their own, so they understand firsthand that real estate is about much more than a transaction.
We don't just help you buy a house. We help you find the place where your family's next chapter can take root—and where today's home can become tomorrow's heritage.
